Digital Account Manager

bcsAgency is an award winning full service Marketing Communication and Digital agency based in the East Midlands. After a fantastic start to 2012 and some exciting big name client wins we are urgently seeking an experienced Digital Account Manager to join our fast growing and highly experience team.

You will have at least 2 years' experience of working within a fast paced agency environment with diverse range of B2C / B2B clients across a range of digital projects.

You will be an integral member of our digital team and will have full client development responsibilities including briefing, presenting and managing the delivery of multiple digital projects to a high level, on-brief, on budget, on-quality and on-time.

It is a given that you will have a solid and up to the minute understanding of digital marketing, online design and technologies especially CMS. You will have an innate appreciation the 'art-of-the-possible' when it comes to online development and will be a trusted conduit between the client and the design and development teams.

The successful candidate will have knowledge of the full Social Media mix and how Social Media can be utilised and maximised in a business context. Demonstrable experience managing social media campaigns and initiatives would be a major advantage as would knowledge and experience in SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, email marketing.

An appreciation of mobile delivery and the opportunities mobile presents would also be highly attractive.

If you have...

• at least 2 year experience in a digital agency,

• a passion for the digital space and an impressive awareness of the latest digital trends and technologies,

• proven digital project management skills; managing production schedules, managing suppliers and third parties, working with delivery team, production scheduling,

• exceptional organisational and communication skills both written and verbal,

• a pro-active approach to work. Are a self-starter, able to work independently or as part of the wider account delivery team,

• Enthusiasm, ambition and ability to multi-task and deliver impressive results under pressure.
