Task
Attracting larger rail sector clients outside of its predominantly rolling stock and infrastructure portfolio without losing their "personal touch" DNA.
Action
Undertook a proposition/key messaging workshop and then delivered the agreed new strategy externally through case study and thought leadership led global PR, Vblogs, social media, web, rework of BD presentation, sales literature and bespoke events backed by strong internal comms to ensure buy in/delivery of the highest services levels.
Result
Now the default name for rail consultancy and acquired by SNC-Lavalin group in 2011.
