The model is designed to distil the core proposition of a brand in order to create the most effective key marketing messages to inform a company's current and future communications activity. This allows a communications plan to be developed that is based upon both the aspirations of the business and the reality of its existing and potential customers' perceptions.
An initial research exercise takes into account competitor reviews, key stakeholder perceptions and customer comments to build an accurate picture of the business and its perception of itself. From this we then facilitate a workshop whereby we take the core truths and values of the business and decide with you what provenance and sales proposition you want to be renowned for.
We'll arrange a day where key personnel are taken through a number of activities aimed at pinpointing your brand character and, by the end of the session, we'll have enough information to put together a company Brand Character.
